As a highly intuitive therapist or holistic practitioner, you have the ability to connect with your clients in a way that makes you incredibly good at what you do. However, with your empathy and sensitivity comes a higher risk of burnout. I’m here to help you manage the stress of your job so that your sensitivity can be your strength.

Hi! I’m Lydia,
And I work with highly sensitive or empathic therapists who care about creating an intentional career path. I’m a coach and licensed therapist, and have worked in the field for over fifteen years. As a highly sensitive helper, I’ve had to learn how to create the right work environment and lean into my ideal career archetype in order to avoid burnout and stay true to myself. I’m here to help you work in a way that feels fulfilling and authentic, even if that means refining your path along the way.
My coaching style is gentle and reflective, supporting you in deepening self-awareness and discovering authentic solutions. I’m here to be your guide as you shape your unique path to career fulfillment.
Why this work matters to me
After less than a year as a clinical social worker, I burned out for the first time. The work I had spent years training for was emotionally demanding, and I felt pressured to develop thicker skin, be less sensitive, and ultimately change who I was just to make this career sustainable.
Therapists and healers need more support. While supervision and peer connection are valuable, they don’t always address the unique challenges we face in this field. It’s time to recognize that our empathy and sensitivity aren’t weaknesses—they’re strengths. To truly thrive, we need to work in ways that honor and support these qualities, rather than force ourselves to fit into environments that drain us.
